2.21: “The Maquis, Part 2”
OKAY BUT DUKAT’S FACE WHEN SISKO SHOWS UP IN THE MAQUIS CAVERN TO RESCUE HIM, GOOD LORD MY GUY KEEP IT IN YOUR FAUX-CHAINMAIL LEGGINGS

2.20: “The Maquis, Part 1”
I am in a dev bootcamp all week and so do not have the amount of free time to spend on writing these posts that I normally do, which is a shame, because WOW is there a lot going on here. Of course, the silver lining for y’all is that you are spared a good deal of my yelling about how horny Dukat is for Sisko.
Not all of it, though.
2.19: “Blood Oath”
As always, in the Star Trek universe, there are few phrases more redundant than “Klingon drama”.
2.18: “Profit and Loss”
Y’all, I love this one. I just adore it. Admittedly, as previously established, I generally don’t mind (or at least have a high tolerance for) the Ferengi episodes, and I love Cardassian drama, so “Quark’s ex is prominent figure in the Cardassian dissident movement, also Garak is there” is an easy sell for me.
2.17: “Playing God”
Some interesting stuff going on in this one! And some really fun performances, as well. I did feel like the conclusion to the B plot, with the proto-universe, was…weird. They just…left this proto-universe, whose expansion threatens the station, in the Gamma Quadrant? Is it gonna keep expanding? I have a lot of questions!!!
2.16: “Shadowplay”
I…actually like this one a lot more than I would expect, given, among other things, how Odo-heavy it is. Both the main plot and the two subplots have some fun elements and do some interesting work in moving forward either character arcs or series storylines. Overall, it’s fairly solid!

- November 28: No episode post, since it’s Thanksgiving in the U.S., and following “The Wire” I’m definitely gonna need to bury my Garak/Bashir feels in stuffing and pumpkin pie. (Also, to a lesser extent, after the Sisko/Dukat road trip fic of the previous week’s “The Maquis” two-parter.)
